Duties:

 

 

  

items 1 - 5 four times a year.

  1. To collate items sent in by members; encourage/request articles.

  2. To prepare newsletter.

  3. To photocopy newsletter + any flyers etc.

  4. To post completed issues to the distribution team.

  5. To enlist additional help as necessary.

About me:

 		  

I'm making progress with my HD - though still not taking it out to sessions, much to my chagrin. My ultimate aim is to be able to sing and accompany myself on the HD, but still a way off that at the moment - if I sing the right words I can’t play the tune, and if I play the right tune, I forget the words. I need a bigger brain! MY HD is a lovely Roger Frood Silkie, which sounds beautiful even if I don’t hit the right notes…

I'm very much a folkie at heart, and spend much of my spare time singing at sessions and gigs. When I'm not warbling in a folkie manner, I can be found prancing around, hitting friends with sticks, as I'm a member of a women's Cotswold morris side (Oojah Kappivvy, if you're interested). I'm a full-time editor and typesetter, so if there are any errors in the newsletter, I have no excuses!
